Lauren works with a limited number of women online to achieve their health, fitness and wellness goals in a bespoke personalised program 'Level Up with Lauren'.

Lauren teaches at multiple studios around central and east london, reformer and mat pilates. This includes pre and postnatal clients and clients returning from injury. 1:1 / small group sessions also available upon request.
