Blogmas: Day 10 ‘Snowed in? Home Workout’

Whether you’re actually snowed in or just can’t be bothered to go out in the cold, this home workout is perfect for you to do in the comfort of your own space whatever you have access to at home. Get ready to sweat!

You’ll need a timer of some kind (I use a WOD timer app), because you’re going to do each exercise for 50 seconds, then take a 10 second rest before moving onto the next one. Depending on how hardcore you want to go, aim to complete 2-5 rounds with 60 seconds rest in between.

Some exercises can be made more challenging by adding a resistance band, which I have marked with an *. I just bought the Jordyn Woods x B_ND in Medium and Xtra Heavy which I’m excited to try! You can find them here.

1. Burpees

2. Squat Jumps*home

3. Press Ups

4. Plank

5. Tricep Dips

6. Clam*

7. Squat Walks

8. Side Leg Lift* (Switch legs halfway)

9. Side to Side Lunges*

10. Jumping Jacks
