Week 6: How would you like to be remembered?
You might notice that this post is a little bit late… I’m currently writing this in my hotel room in the beautiful Tenerife on a very last minute spontaneous holiday with my family, and can feel my face burning up after being in the sun for just one day… but I suppose that does mean I might just be in with a chance of getting some level of a sun tan by the end of the week!
This one can be kinda deep and I didn’t really know where to start, so to get the ball rolling I asked a few friends for some words they’d use to describe me and this is what they came back with…
This isn’t everything that was sent back to me but some of the words that stuck out to me, or ones that were said more than once. If this is how I’d be remembered then I’d have to say I’d be pretty happy with that.
Now here’s a few words/traits I’d use to describe me in a way I’d like to be remembered:
- Inspiring (I know that I’ve inspired people through fitness mainly on my Instagram account which makes me very happy)
- Open minded
- Positive (mostly ha)
These kind of posts do make me realise how little I take the time to compliment myself or acknowledge positive things about me, and that self reflection is definitely something I should do more often… which is one of the reasons I decided to do this series after all.
