4 Week Home Workout Challenge designed to be completed in lockdown. No equipment is necessary and nutrition advice is also included.


This home workout guide was created as a live challenge but I have decided to make the guide available for anyone to try. It includes 4 weeks of individual workouts and you can select up to 5 per week. Each week has an upper body, lower body, booty and core workout, and then there is an optional cardio workout which stays the same. No equipment is needed to complete this guide. Nutrition advice is also included.
