Here you can find all of my workout guides.I have been working in the fitness industry since 2016 and have gained the following qualifications:

  • Level 3 Personal Training and Gym Instruction
  • Level 3 Pilates Matwork
  • Trigger Point Pilates
  • Level 2 Exercise to Music
  • Certificate in Optimum Nutrition for Health and Performance


Please ensure that you are healthy and well enough to exercise before completing or attempting to complete any of these guides. You should not complete these without the clearance of a doctor if you have any underlying health conditions, injuries or are pregnant.

They are generic guides designed to be suitable for the majority, and do not take into consideration individual needs or circumstances. Please remember this when you are completing each workout – it is important to listen to your own body and understand your personal limitations.
