I originally called this ‘My Lockdown Achievements’ but I’m not sure whether the things I wanted to include could count as achievements or just highlights. Also, I didn’t want it to be a brag in any way, just to spread some positivity and bring light to things that I’m proud of or have been enjoying whilst being stuck at home for the last 3 months.
This might turn into a bit of rant… apologies in advance. Some of it will apply to all students, some specific to being on a dance course like I am, some of which may also apply to other practical or creative courses. This is my personal experience of the unfolding events of Covid-19.
From Monday 1st June 2020 I am launching online fitness classes. My aim is to create a community of people who want to feel better about themselves, more comfortable in their own body through exercise, enjoy working out with me and ultimately have fun while working out.
