If you follow me on Instagram you might have seen that this week I announced the launch of my first 4 Week Challenge: Home Edition. I wanted to create something that anyone can get involved with and create a sense of community online. Whether you need help with how to actually workout at home, or just need a little moral support and/or motivation to get moving. Maybe you can’t get to your usual fitness class or gym and don’t know what do instead. Whatever your situation, I’m sure you can take something from this challenge.


So what’s included?

  • 5 workouts per week, getting progressively harder as the weeks go by
  • 1x LIVE Zoom Workout every week
  • Daily challenges
  • Flexible workout schedule
  • Extra home workout guide included for even more workouts
  • No equipment needed – however if you have equipment I will show you how to implement it
  • Nutrition advice and guidance including how to track
  • Daily check ins
  • 1-1 support
  • Group chat for accountability and motivation

All of that costs you £10, which = £2.50 per week. I wanted to charge a small amount so that people are committed and you have a little something on the line, but not something that will break your bank because we all know times are tough right now!

I have used my fitness expertise (Level 3 Fitness Instruction and Personal Training) to give you something that I’m confident will be valuable and get you results.
